Onboarding a new builder partnership
Four steps from first call to first dry-out — usually inside two weeks.
1. Discovery
We walk one of your active sites with you and understand your typical build sequence and pain points.
2. Pricing schedule
We send you a flat-rate schedule for slab drying, plaster acceleration, framing verification — based on your typical floor area.
3. Pre-qual & induction
We complete your contractor pre-qual paperwork and put your foremen on our priority dispatch list.
4. Quarterly review
Every three months we sit down with your team and review what worked, what cost too much, and where we can speed your programme up.

Trade account FAQs
What's included in a trade account?
Priority dispatch for active sites, fixed per-room drying packages, named lead technician, monthly invoicing on 20th-of-month terms, BRANZ-aligned moisture reports for every job, and a single point of contact for all your sites.
Do you charge minimum call-outs?
Trade-account clients are exempt from minimum call-out fees on scheduled work. Same-day emergency call-outs carry a flat mobilisation fee that's credited against the job if you proceed.
Can you handle multiple sites at once?
Yes. We fleet-manage our equipment across active Canterbury sites and can run 8–10 concurrent drying programmes during peak season.
Do you sign Site Safe inductions and contractor pre-quals?
Yes — our crew is Site Safe NZ certified, we carry $5M public liability and we'll happily complete your contractor pre-qual (we're already approved with most major Canterbury group home builders).
